Optimism on EU treaty

Don ´t forget the EU summit in Lisbon this week. The most
important point on the agenda is the proposal for a new EU treaty.
Altough Poland has threatened to stop the proposal EU leaders seem
optimistic. EU foreign ministers agreed at a meeting recently that
none of the issues involving Poland is serious enough to prevent EU
leaders from finalising the treaty this Friday.
